> Key Responsibilities:

> 1. Production Management:

> - Oversee and manage the production process from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
> - Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
> - Develop and implement production strategies and plans to meet business objectives and optimize resource utilization.

> 2.Team Leadership:
>
> - Lead, mentor, and manage production teams, including supervisors, operators, and other staff.
> - Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support staff development and training.
> - Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.

> 3.Process Optimization:

> - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
> - Monitor and analyze production metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
> - Ensure the use of advanced technologies and methodologies to streamline production processes.

> 4.Quality Assurance:

> - Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
> - Implement and maintain quality control procedures to prevent defects and ensure consistent product quality.

> - Develop and manage the production budget, including forecasting, cost control, and expense tracking.

> - Analyze financial reports and production data to make informed decisions.

> - Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all production activities.

> - Work closely with other departments, including Supply Chain,

> Qualifications:

> - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
> - Minimum of 12 years of experience in a production management role in Chemical Plant.
> - Proven experience in managing large production teams and optimizing production processes.
> - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
> - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
> - Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

> Additional Skills:

> - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
> - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
