> • Should have experience of 8-10 years in SAP Technical Module(s) and Technical Leadership • Should have SAP Techincal experience of atleast 6-8 years in developing customized solution in SAP-ERP and cross application solution • As a SAP- Technical Lead, accountable for all SAP technical areas focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance, RBA, Basis, security and supporting of complex SAP Application and Integration features • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SAP Technical (Development) team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, analysts, and business stakeholders. • Work in estimation of development work and time-line of designing,
coding, testing, documenting etc. • Architect end-to-end SAP Techincal solutions based on business requirements. • Experience in S4HANA implementation, Migration, upgrade would be preferable • Design scalable and sustainable solutions that align with best practices and industry standards. • Participate in the solutioning, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover of SAP implementations and troubleshooting & support. Participate in recommending solutions considering the scope of client requirements, create proof of concepts for the new requirements and showcase. • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English with capability to drive requirement gathering workshops. • Should be aware of creating documentations such as Technical Specification, Test scripts, Unit Test, sign off • Should be aware of the SAP Support process, documentations such as Scoping, UAT, sign off,
