Job Description
>
> Position: Area Sales manager / Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor)
>
> Location: Vadodra
>
> Area Coverage: Entire Vadodra, upto 80 km radius
>
> Key Responsibilities:
>
> - Lead the expansion of the regional network as an individual contributor.
> - Drive franchisee development to support network growth.
> - Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances to meet expansion targets.
> - Thoroughly understand company offerings, competitors, and client needs to drive sales.
> - Research target markets, identify potential leads, and pursue opportunities.
> - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.






> - Prepare proposals and contracts with a focus on maximizing profitability.
> - Identify, negotiate, and finalize agreements for establishing Dialysis centers in Class A & B Hospitals.
> - Onboard and collaborate with Nephrologists for service delivery.
> - Work closely with the marketing team and actively participate in industry conferences.
> - Engage with government bodies to support project execution.
> - Foster long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
> - Promote PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) and HHD (Home Hemodialysis) within the market.
> - Generate, nurture, and mature leads for CAPD & HHD services.
> - Coordinate events and initiatives to promote CAPD & HHD.
> - Be prepared to travel frequently, with 70% travel required for this role.

> Job Requirements:
>
> - Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Consulting.
> - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
> - In-depth market knowledge with an understanding of P&L; management.






> - Proven ability to network and influence key decision-makers.
> - Experience in legal drafting and contract management.
> - Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently.
> - Proficient in MS Office applications.
> - Willingness to travel extensively (70% travel involved).
