> KeyResponsibilities:

> 1. LoadBooking and CarrierOnboarding:
>
> - Managethe entire process of load booking from receiving orders toconfirming bookings.
> - Onboard new carriers andmaintain a robust carrier network.
> - Negotiaterates and contracts with carriers to ensure costeffectivetransportationsolutions.
>
> 1. 3PLDispatchOperations:
>
> - Overseethe dispatch of shipments ensuring timely and accuratedelivery.
> - Monitor and track shipments resolvingany issues that may arise duringtransit.
> - Coordinate with carriers clients andinternal teams to ensure smooth dispatchoperations.
>
> 1. InvoicingandBilling:
>
> - Handleinvoicing and billing processes ensuring accuracy and timelysubmission.
> - Reconcile invoices with dispatchrecords and address any discrepancies.
> - Workclosely with the finance team to ensure smooth paymentprocesses.
>
> 1. TerminologyandCompliance:
>
> - Possessthorough knowledge of dispatchrelated terminologies and industrybest practices.
> - Ensure compliance with relevantregulations and companypolicies.
>
> 1. CommunicationandCoordination:
>
> - Serveas the main point of contact for carriers and clients during thedispatch process.
> - Provide regular updates tostakeholders on shipment status and any potentialdelays.
> - Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto address any operationalchallenges.
>
> Qualifications:
>
> - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in 3PL dispatchoperations.
> - Load BookingExpertise:
Proven handson experience in load bookingand onboarding newcarriers.
> - BillingKnowledge: Experience in handling invoicing andbilling related to dispatchoperations.
> - IndustryTerminology: Strong understanding of basic dispatchterminologies andpractices.
> - CommunicationSkills: Excellent communication and negotiationskills.
> - ShiftFlexibility: Willingness to work the specified shifttimings (5:30 PM 2:30AM).
