>> - Project Management responsibility for the software project life cycle in an agile environment
>> - Produce accurate weekly progress reports internally and externally
>> - Accurately report on the financial status of the project, tracking time spent and expected forecast to complete.

>> - Inspire and lead teams with little Agile experience

>> - Working knowledge of Agile frameworks,
in particular Scrum and Kanban
>> - Demonstrate a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management
>> - Ability to define, manage and deliver to customer expectations within strict deadlines
>> - Experience of leading and managing teams
>> - Experience of managing 3rd parties
>> - Good understanding of agile delivery technique and lean ways of working
>> - Strong time management & organizational skills
>> - Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
