>> - Implement and configure the ServiceNow HRSD module to meet business requirements.
>> - Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
>> - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements,
and translate them into technical solutions.
>> - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HRSD module and integrations.
>> - Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
>> - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
>> - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and integrations.
>> - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.

>> Qualifications:

>> - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
>> - 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, specifically the HRSD module.
>> - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
>> - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and other relevant programming languages.
>> - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
>> - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
>> - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
>>
>> ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for HRSD are preferred
