> We are seekinga dedicated and proactive Customer Success Executive to join ourteam. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible forensuring that our clients are fully satisfied with our products andservices helping them achieve their recruitment goals and fosteringlongterm relationships.





This role is key to driving clientretention and maximizing the value our customers derive fromiSmartRecruit’s solutions.

>> KeyResponsibilities:

>> - Client Onboarding andTraining:
>>
>> - Guide new clients through the onboarding process ensuringa smooth and successful implementation of our software.
>>
>> - Conduct training sessions andprovide resources to help clients effectively use our products andfeatures.
>>

>> - Customer Support and RelationshipManagement:
>>
>> - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsaddressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timelymanner.

>> - Build andmaintain strong longlasting relationships with clients byunderstanding their needs and providing proactivesolutions.

>> - Client Success andRetention:
>>
>> - Monitor client usage and satisfaction to identifyopportunities for enhancing their experience and driving productadoption.

>> - Develop andimplement strategies to ensure clients achieve their desiredoutcomes and continue to derive value fromiSmartRecruit’s solutions.

>> - Feedbackand Improvement:
>>
>> - Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends andareas for improvement in our products and services.
>>
>> - Work closely with the product anddevelopment teams to advocate for client needs and contribute toproduct enhancements.

>> - Reporting andAnalysis:
>>
>> - Track and report on key metrics related to client successincluding usage satisfaction and renewal rates.
>>
>> - Provide regular updates and reportsto management on client health and any emerging issues.
>>
>> - Renewals andUpsells:
>>
>> - Manage the renewal process for existing clients ensuringtimely renewals and identifying opportunities for upsellingadditional features or services.

>> Qualifications:
>>






>> - Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field.
>>
>> - 1 to 3 years of experience in a customersuccess account management or support role preferably in SaaS ortechnology.
>>
>> - Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildand maintain strong client relationships.
>>
>> - Strong problemsolving skills and a proactiveapproach to addressing client needs.
>>
>> - Proficiency in using CRM systems and customersupport tools.
>>
>> - Ability towork independently and manage multiple client accounts effectivelyin a remote work environment.
>>
>> - Able to work in UK/US shifts.

>> PreferredSkills:
>>
>> - Experience with recruitment or HR technology.
>>
>> - Familiarity with client successmetrics and strategies.

>> - Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
