>> Lead, mentor, and manage the Salesforce QA team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.

>> Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for Salesforce, including both manual and automated testing processes across various Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

>> Align QA processes with Salesforce best practices and ensure integration of QA activities throughout the Salesforce development lifecycle (SDLC).

>> Educational Qualifications:

>> QA certifications like ISTQB, CSTE, or related credentials are also a plus.

>> Experience:

>> 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce testing.

>> Proven experience in leading Salesforce QA teams for complex Salesforce implementations and integrations.

>> Deep understanding of Salesforce customizations, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

>> Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium) and integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines.

>> Experience with Salesforce testing strategies (functional, regression, integration, and performance testing).

>> Technical Skills:

>> Proficiency in Salesforce testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Provar, Selenium, JUnit).

>> Strong understanding of Salesforce SDLC, including customization, configuration, and deployment practices.

>> Hands-on experience with Apex testing, custom object validation, and data migration testing.

>> Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for automation purposes.
