Your goal will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, IT, and development to enhance the customer experience and drive online sales growth.

>> - Lead and manage e-commerce projects from initiation through to completion, including planning,
resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
>> - Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
>> - Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, set project goals, and manage expectations.
>> - Oversee and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of tasks.
>> - Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing and implementing contingency plans.
>> - Monitor project progress and performance metrics, reporting on KPIs and suggesting process improvements.
>> - Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for platform optimization.

>> Qualifications:

>> - 1 to 4 years of experience as an E-commerce Project Manager or in a similar technical role.
>> - Proven experience delivering e-commerce projects on time and within budget.
>> - Strong understanding of the e-commerce project lifecycle and best practices.
>> - Proficiency in Magento with a solid grasp of technical aspects.
>> - Experience working directly with US clients is mandatory.
>> - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
>> - Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
>> - Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
>> - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) is essential.
>> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
>> - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
