>> In this role, you will be reporting to the Regional Head of Quality Control, and will be responsible for:
>>
>> - Overseeing quality control processes for BOPP woven sacks, including extrusions and laminations, to ensure products meet specified standards.
>> - Monitoring production planning to ensure alignment with quality requirements and timely execution of manufacturing processes.
>> - Conducting inspections and quality verification of raw materials, in-process products,
and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
>> - Leading root cause analysis for product defects and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
>> - Handling and resolving customer complaints by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective measures in accordance with company standards.
>> - Conducting quality audits and testing procedures to uphold high-quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
>> - Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including SOPs, inspection reports, and corrective action records.
>> - Collaborating with production teams to optimize processes, enhance product quality, and reduce defects.
>> - Training and guiding quality control staff on best practices, inspection methods, and adherence to standard operating procedures.

>> The Profile
>>
>> - You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field and have at least 7 years of experience in quality management,
specifically in BOPP woven sacks, extrusions, laminations, and related processes.
>> - You have a strong background in inspection, quality verification, and conducting quality audits and testing.
>> - You are experienced in managing production planning to ensure product quality and consistency throughout manufacturing.
>> - You have proven experience in complaint resolution and implementing corrective actions effectively.
>> - You are proficient in quality control tools, and statistical analysis, and know ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 standards.
>> - You possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead quality improvement initiatives.
>> - You can collaborate with global teams while effectively working in a remote environment.
