As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our financial software solutions.

>> Responsibilities:

>> 1. Develop comprehensive test plans based on business requirements and functional specifications for ERP software in the finance domain.
>> 2. Must have experience in the HR module.
>> 3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and align testing strategies accordingly.
>> 4. Develop quality test scenarios and test cases based on the business requirements.
>> 5. Perform thorough manual testing of ERP software modules related to financial processes, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
>> 6. Execute test cases, document test results, and ensure all test scenarios are covered to guarantee software quality.
>> 7. Identify, isolate, and document defects with clear and detailed steps to reproduce.
>> 8. Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
>> 9. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new developments and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionality.
>> 10. Build and maintain an effective regression testing suite for ERP finance modules.
>> 11. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand business processes and requirements.
>> 12. Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress to project stakeholders.
>> 13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
>> 14. Propose and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
>> 15. Utilize your in-depth understanding of finance processes and ERP systems to ensure the accuracy and completeness of testing activities.
>> 16. Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.

>> Qualifications:

>> 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
>> 2.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Manual Tester in the finance domain, specifically with ERP software.'
>> 3. Must have experience in the HR module.
>> 4. Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems (Fixed Assets, finance, Inventory etc)
>> 5. Should be aware of agile processes and hands-on experience with JIRA.
>> 6. Good presentation skills for the authored test scenarios to PO.
>> 7. Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and test scripts.
>> 8. Solid experience with defect tracking and management tools.
>> 9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
>> 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
