Conduct thorough inspections of UPS systems during maintenance visits to identify potential issues and preemptively address them to prevent downtime!
> 6. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation details, maintenance schedules, and repair work performed.
> 7. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on UPS system operation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
> 8. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to address customer inquiries and resolve complex technical issues.
> 9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in UPS technology to provide innovative solutions and enhance service delivery.
> 10. Uphold safety standards and protocols while performing onsite activities to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and colleagues
> 11. Willingness to travel to customer sites, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members,
good technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including components, controls, and troubleshooting techniques
> Qualifications –
> Bachelors of Diploma or BTech in Electrical Engineering
