>> Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Tech Due Diligence process. This is a pure, hands-on project tracking and reporting role, with no people-reports and limited expectations in contributing directly to Tech due diligence. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of Project Management experience, a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience working on multiple short-term projects.
You will be responsible for liaising with tech teams and stakeholders across India and the US, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

>> Key Responsibilities

>> Will do hands-on project tracking and reporting, with no people reports.

>> Coordinate with the Tech Due Diligence team and multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely project execution.

>> Work closely with cross-functional teams across India and the US.

>> Manage multiple short-term projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient delivery within timelines.

>> Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies in project environments, facilitating stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives.

>> Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to the CTO and other key stakeholders.

>> Use Project Management tools like JIRA and Excel to track progress, risks, and deliverables.

>> Lead meetings and ensure clear communication across all teams.

>> Support the mergers and acquisitions process by providing relevant reports and analysis.

>> Required Skills and Experience

>> 8-10 years of experience in Project Management.

>> Exposure to mergers and acquisitions processes is a must.

>> Strong experience in preparing reports, leading meetings, and delivering presentations.

>> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

>> Ability to work in UK shift hours.

>> Remote role with possible occasional Travel to Chennai Office.
