> CAM preparation and query resolution
> Documentation Pre-disbursement (Doc Collection ,legal and TSR , valuation etc) and Post disbursement including deferral closure
> Customer Negotiation on rates and other issues relating to charges
> Co-ordination with credit for CAM approval , deferral closure/waiver and other requirements like trade transactions
> Co-ordination with Local Ops for disbursement of a Case , limit setups and other transactions
> Daily customer servicing of customer-Branch coordination
> Housekeeping Including Cam renewals , deferral closure , stock statements , insurance renewals , plant and office visit etc
> Sourcing current accounts and dealing in various trade and treasury products , bill discounting , bank guarantee , letter of credit , Cash credit/overdraft etc
> To keep track on the performance of accounts and overall portfolio
> Acquire grow and manage Client acquisition of business banking SME
> Deliver Month on Month targets on business banking SME loan disbursal , fund based and non fund based processing fee
> Work closing with business banking regional head to develop sales for business banking SME clients
