>> - Performance based base increment distribution and implement the approved increment.
>> - HRMS Data Updating & Managing.
>> - Employee Life Cycle Management
>> - To prepare Annual Calendar & Implementation of Training.
>> - Drive the Training at Unit Level.
>> - Preparing the TNI at Unit / Departmental Level.
>> - Prepare and Maintain Competency Matrix as per Business Requirements.
>> - To prepare Engagement Annual Calendar.
>> - Plan, Organize and Track the plan activity.
>> - Review the Employee Engagement survey and outputs of Activity.
