>> Key Responsibilities:

>> Market Research and Analysis:

>> - Direct clients (Fortune clients and Mid-cap ) / MSPs (IT and non-IT, which includes but is not limited to healthcare).
>> - Identify potential clients and market trends through thorough research.
>> - Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform strategies.

>> Client Acquisition:
>>
>> - Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
>> - Conduct outreach to prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and meetings.
>>
>> Relationship Management:
>>
>> - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
>> - Act as clients' primary point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns.

>> Proposal Development:

>> - Collaborate with the recruitment team to prepare tailored staffing proposals.
>> - Present staffing solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.

>> Sales Strategy Implementation:

>> - Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
>> - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

>> Collaboration:

>> - Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment on client requirements.
>> - Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that support business development efforts.

>> Reporting and Analysis:

>> - Track and report on business development metrics, including lead generation and conversion rates.
>> - Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.

> Qualifications

>> Education:

>> - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

>> Experience:

>> - 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
>> - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

>> - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
>> - Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
>> - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
>> - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
