test automation, code reviews, and secure development practices. •Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.•Perform risk management to minimize potential risks •Experienced in creating project schedules, tracking the progress of milestones, updating project status on a weekly/monthly basis•Prepare & analyse the project quality metrics & prepare/review/ present reports to required stakeholders.
•Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices like SCRUM and Kanban•Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
