Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key featuresand functionalities and address technical questions and concernsfrom customers. Provide pre-sales support by answering technicalinquiries and participating in sales meetings. Liaise with theengineering or technical team to address technical concerns orrequirements. Develop and deliver technical documentation,including user manuals, technical specifications and producttraining sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to gathertechnical requirements and ensure the successful implementation ofsolutions. Provide post-sales support to customers, includingtechnical troubleshooting and customer training, ensuring theirsatisfaction with the product or service. Give active feedback andinsights from the market to the product development and marketingteam. Participate in sales meetings,





trade shows and industryevents to promote our products or services. Stay updated onindustry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings.
