Drive product positioning, messaging,





and differentiation to ensure market success.You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to establish ZYCUS as the leader in the S2P software industry. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively position our software solutions in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAAS marketing, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS marketing. Responsibilities:
>>> - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our SAAS products and solutions globally, targeting Enterprise Customers.
>>> - Lead the creation of compelling messaging and positioning for our products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.






>>> - Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, events, and social media.
>>> - Manage analyst relations with leading Market Analyst like Gartner and Forrester and be responsible for our positioning in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave reports.
>>> - Drive demand generation efforts to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team, utilizing a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
>>> - Collaborate with product management to gather customer insights and feedback, informing product roadmap decisions and feature prioritization.
>>> - Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators,





providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
>>> - Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
>>> - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
>>> - Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
>>> Job Requirement What are we Looking For:
>>> - 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in SAAS B2B companies.
>>> - MBA in Marketing from a Premier Business School like IIM
>>> - Strong understanding of SAAS business models, customer lifecycle, and go-to-market strategies.






>>> - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
>>> - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
>>> - Strategic and Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
