Key Responsibility: Will be designing entire sales strategies for all the verticals, thereafter developing a strong sales team on PAN India Basis.Achievement of the Sales Revenue Plan – In Total, by Sales Group, by Sales Territories & Customer to meet or exceed company goals.Ensures reporting sales team designs and executes effective business plans linked to the overall business strategy; directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices to expand market shareDrives to meet top-line targets and recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.Review the sales performance of each primary product group category to determine the successful performance of each,





or determine the needed root cause/countermeasure analysis, responsible for the ultimate execution of the countermeasures and actions.Develops close relationships with key customers throughout the field sales territories and works with each region to help close critical sales opportunities. Developing new customers.Manages the goal deployment as well as participating in the monthly policy deployment process by presenting the insights discovered through analytics and assembling those insights into a consistent message.Ensures that an effective sales training and development program is in place to help each representative progress in their overall capabilities.Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives, and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with Marketing.Prepare business plans inclusive of market sizing, SWOT analysis, and market projections.Attends field-based sales meetings, client meetings,
