Pega Developer - Marketing - Decision Architect - Fully Remote Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Pega developer with 3-4 years of experience in developing marketing strategies using the Pega Marketing 8.x platform. You will play a key role in shaping customer engagement strategies for large data sets, preferably in the telecommunications industry. This role requires the ability to run simulations, analyze customer data, and provide insights to the strategy team. Key Responsibilities: Develop Strategy, Proposition, Offer Flow, Data Flow, Treatment, When Rules , and adaptive/predictive/scorecard models in Pega Marketing 8.x. Manage volume constraints and generate reports within the Pega platform.
Work with the Next-Best-Action Designer (NBA Designer) to ensure optimal decision-making strategies. Handle large-scale customer data, ensuring that proposed changes align with the overall customer strategy. Run simulations of proposed changes and provide input to customer strategy discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing and decisioning solutions. Requirements: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Pega Marketing (8.x) development. Experience in working with NBA Designer . Proven experience working with large customer data sets , preferably in the telecom industry. Pega Marketing/Decisioning certifications are a bonus. Understanding of Campaign Management tools and processes . Strong communication and presentation skills.
