Job Responsibilities Data Analysis : Conduct thorough data analysis to support project evaluations and decision-making processes.
Research Support : Assist in designing and implementing research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Reporting: Produce comprehensive reports that synthesize findings from data analyses and research activities. Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing analytical insights that contribute to project design and execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to interpret data findings and implement recommendations effectively. Capacity Building: Help develop the skills of junior staff in data analysis techniques and methodologies. Skills Required Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools. Project Management: Experience in managing research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder engagement. Education and Experience Educational Background: A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, or data science from a recognized institution. Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or related fields, preferably within research or consulting environments. Personal Competencies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
