As the Senior Technical Developer, you’ll play a key role in delivering expert reporting related to SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), Crystal Reports, and C# programming. Grow and thrive with a team of game-changers committed to reforming the future of technology. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports. Gather and analyze reporting requirements from stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs. Develop and optimize queries and stored procedures to retrieve data for reports from MS-SQL Server databases.
Develop custom functionalities and enhancements using C# to integrate with reporting solutions. Serve as the go-to expert on SSRS tools and functionalities. Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices. Required Skills: 8-10 years of hands-on experience with 4+ years as a Senior Technical Developer or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Hands-on in developing SSRS and Crystal reports. Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems. Familiarity with the .NET framework. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Skill for writing reusable C# libraries. Proficient with MS-SQL and other related DB operations. Familiarity with continuous integration.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., MCSD: App Builder) preferred.
