4. Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate agreements and terms with partners, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company goals.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales,
product, and operations to align partnership efforts with overall company strategy.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, tracking key metrics to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
7. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth through partnerships.
8. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership performance, pipeline development, and revenue impact.
