Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Team Manager to lead our Admissions marketing efforts. The successful candidate will manage a team of marketing professionals to design and implement innovative strategies that enhance student enrollment and promote the institution's brand. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to drive successful outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance on campaign development, execution, and performance analysis. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on student recruitment and admissions, aligned with overall institutional goals.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, implementation, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to attract prospective students.
Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive positioning; adjust strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the university's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation in all marketing materials. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Event Oversight: Plan and coordinate recruitment events, webinars,
and open houses to engage prospective students and their families.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred.6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector. Strong understanding of outreach atctivities, ATL/BTL, lead generation, educational sales, admissions activities. Proven track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and drive results.
