About Our Client:

Role Overview:
The Manufacturing Head will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our manufacturing facility in Gujarat. You will lead and inspire a team of professionals to drive operational excellence, optimize production processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership and guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D;, sales, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15-25 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in injection molding, rigid packaging, or flexible packaging.
- Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the flexible packaging industry.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
