Responsibilities:
Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Provide general support to visitors.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Photocopy, scan, and file documents as required.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
