We are currently seeking a Security-Identity and Access Management-Saviynt - Technical Solns.Arch. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Responsibilities
- Own the quality of the documentation for assigned products and services
- Collaborate with technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product or service and its documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality internal and external technical documentation through writing, rewriting,
and translating engineering data into findable, usable content intended for a variety of audiences
- Research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented
- Become a subject matter expert of the IAM platform and how the different tools are used within IT and in the business
- Create and enhance documentation and develop enterprise standards, procedures, and guidelines for IT and other technical teams
- Advise, assist, and mentor other writers, and foster an environment of continuous improvement through collaborative content reviews
