Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to specifications and delivered on time. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the requirements, designing and coding the applications,





and testing and debugging them to ensure they function properly.

You will also be responsible for documenting the application design and providing support and maintenance as needed. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Design and build applications according to business process and application requirements.
- Configure applications to meet specific needs and ensure they are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and translate them into application design.
- Code applications using programming languages and frameworks.
- Test and debug applications to ensure they function properly.
- Document application design and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide support and maintenance for applications as needed.

To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.

- Good

To Have Skills: Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Experience in designing and developing Workday solutions.
- Knowledge of Workday security and data privacy.
- Familiarity with Workday configuration and customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
