Job Summary :
Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Officer and be a part of a leading bank's mission to expand its customer base. In this exciting role, you will engage with potential customers, offering them tailored banking solutions to meet their financial needs. You'll be responsible for driving sales of Current and Savings Accounts, with opportunities to grow your career while earning attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts.
- Conduct field visits to potential customers in assigned areas.
- Cross-sell other banking products such as loans, insurance, and deposits.
- Ensure complete KYC documentation and compliance.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain reports and update management on sales activities.
Qualifications :
- Education : Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience : 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
- Age : 21 to 27 years.
- Local candidate.
