Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module and integrations. This is a remote position, and the candidate must be available to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure the ServiceNow HRSD module to meet business requirements.
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HRSD module and integrations.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, specifically the HRSD module.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for HRSD are preferred
