Job Title:
Business Development Executive (Non-IT Sales)
Location:
Work from Office – Near Connaught Place New Delhi, India
Shift:
Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required:
1 to 2 years in Non-IT Domestic Staffing and Recruitment Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of Non-IT Staffing Services: Sell staffing services with a focus on blue-collar recruitment.
- Client Acquisition: Generate and convert leads through cold calling, lead generation activities, and face-to-face meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in Delhi/NCR.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and expanding the client base.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients based on their staffing needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the Non-IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes and market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills .
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (optional but preferred).
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Knowledge of Delhi/NCR market and its clients.
Desired Skills:
- Cold calling and lead generation.
- Experience in selling HRMS services and staffing solutions.
- Proven track record in deal with payroll fixed salary and transfers business .
- Salesforce CRM experience (preferred, not mandatory).
- Ability to handle outbound sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
Compensation:
- Salary: Based on interview performance, current CTC, and experience.
- Additional Benefits: Petrol allowance, unlimited attractive performance incentives, and bonus incentives.
