Position: Senior & Junior CRM Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Day Shift with Sunday fixed off
Salary- 3lpa to 5.40lpa
Need 2-7yrs of CRM experience from Real Estate industry only.
Need good comms with immediate joiners.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to drive business growth. This role involves handling customer interactions, ensuring a seamless customer journey,
and providing actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1) CRM System Management:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Regularly update customer records and ensure all interactions are logged accurately.
- Customize CRM dashboards and reports to meet the specific needs of the sales and marketing
teams.
2) Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional
responses.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Facilitate seamless communication between customers and the sales team.
3) Lead Management:
- Monitor and track leads from various sources and ensure they are promptly and effectively
managed.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales personnel and follow up on their progress.
- Analyze lead data and provide insights to improve lead conversion rates.
4) Customer Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to the overall customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture long-term relationships with clients.
5) Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on CRM metrics, including lead conversion rates, customer satisfaction,
and sales performance.
- Provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams based on CRM data.
- Conduct periodic audits of the CRM system to ensure it is being used effectively and efficiently.
6) Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with
business goals.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns by providing customer insights and data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a CRM executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and practices, with experience in platforms like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong
customer relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented,
with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with property management software.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in the real estate sector.
