Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Manager will head and act as an advisor to the regions assigned on all matters under the LOB (Line of business) (Recruitment, Driver Management, Retention, Incentives, pay-outs, etc.) • Will drive improvement in operation processes, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.





• Ensuring region-wise operations plans and targets are in alignment with business objectives. • Ensured targets are met and exceeded and lead efficiency improvement projects • Will provide virtual and on ground support to all regional operations teams supporting delivery across all offices. • Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility Analyze region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth • Manage the region and individual performances. Forecast quarterly and annual profits. • Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper management • Maximize company profits at the branches supervised • Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region • Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations • Identify hiring needs and building a core team which will be responsible for company’s growth. • Will be the SPOC for Uber from Everest Fleet

Qualifications







Graduate in B. Tech/ B.E or MBA

We are looking for a person who has:

• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager, fleet manager or similar senior operations role

• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance team

• Excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset

• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Keen Interest in Transport Industry.

• Good multitasking and analytical skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Comfort working with multiple groups within business

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
