A Business Analyst with expertise in ERP systems (specifically Oracle Fusion) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, Finance, and Procurement functions, preferably within the airline industry.
- Analyze and document business requirements for ERP system enhancements and implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion modules related to HR, Finance, and Procurement.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
and ensure proper documentation of test cases and results.
- Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices relevant to the airline sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion) .
- Strong knowledge of HR, Finance, and Procurement processes .
- Previous experience in the airline or aviation industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
