Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Automation Specialist (CleverTap) at Wizdom. The Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing automation strategies using CleverTap, including lead generation, web analytics, and marketing analytics tasks.
Responsibilities:
- CleverTap Implementation and Management:
- Plan and execute the implementation of CleverTap, focusing on seamless integration with our mobile app .
- Set up and manage user segments, specifically utilizing events triggered within the app .
- Implement event tracking to capture user interactions and behaviours within the app.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain automated marketing campaigns, including in-app messages, push notifications, and email campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and user experience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze user behaviour and campaign data to identify trends and insights.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies and user engagement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align CleverTap campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of CleverTap with our app.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest CleverTap features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Essential: 2+ years of hands-on experience with CleverTap, specifically within an app-based company including campaign creation, segmentation, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of mobile app marketing metrics and user lifecycles.
- Proven experience in integrating CleverTap with mobile apps and setting up event tracking .
- Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
