Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Develop detailed business analysis reports outlining challenges, opportunities, and proposed solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clear and deliverables are met.
- Identify areas for process and system improvements to optimize business performance.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new solutions.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in documenting Business Requirements.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Experience in AI projects or related fields is beneficial.
