1. Social Media Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:

- Monitor trends, track engagement, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Manage paid campaigns and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with business goals.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
2. WhatsApp Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the WhatsApp Business account for customer engagement.
- Create and manage WhatsApp catalogue ads and track their performance.
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, addressing queries and driving conversions.
- Handle WhatsApp Business verification and maintain compliance with platform policies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in WhatsApp marketing or similar roles.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business features, including catalogue ads.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
