Cybage is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developers/Business Analyst to join our team, who will support the implementation from proposal to delivery.
Location : Pune
Experience yrs- 4- 12 yrs (Service now Developer)
Key aspects of this role:
- Analyzing and documenting requirements: Working with stakeholders to conduct workshops and elicit requirements for new/existing business processes
- Collaborating with development: Working with the ServiceNow development team to validate solutions and ensure they meet quality standards
- Designing and implementing solutions: Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business and IT requirements
- Improving processes: Identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and automating tasks
- Managing testing: Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities
- Communicating with customers: Hosting demos and explaining ServiceNow capabilities to customers, managing stakeholder expectations, status updates
- Developing documentation: Developing procedures, manuals, and other documentation artifact
To be the right fit, you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Consultant
- Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog , Reports, PA dashboards), CSM
- Ability to elicit requirements from customers
- Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
Knowledge in ITOM Discovery and CMDB will be a big plus
