Job Title – Sales Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with clients, International Property Consultants ( IPCs) , Real Estate Agencies , and achieving sales targets.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and real estate
- Prior experience in Co Working , IPCs , Real Estate Broking , Hotel Sales is an advantage
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Knowledge of the office space rental industry
- Fluency in English and local language is an added advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Experience
Minimum – 2 to 4 years in similar industry.
CTC
6 LPA to 10LPA depending on the experience.
