Our client is a premier global technology solutions provider, specializing in digital transformation initiatives, cloud solutions, data analytics, quality assurance, application development, and learning solutions, serving a diverse range of industries including publishing, healthcare, and education.
We are actively seeking a SharePoint Subject Matter Expert with experience in migrating to Salesforce CRM, with strong expertise in data migration processes(is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a deep understanding of SharePoint, with 4-5 years of hands-on implementation experience.
- Thoroughly understand the functional and technical aspects of the client's existing SharePoint processes.
- Liaise with key staff to gather requirements for migrating SharePoint processes to Salesforce CRM.
- Develop and implement an effective migration strategy as a SharePoint SME, ensuring the solution aligns with business needs
- Migrate existing customer company database content from Microsoft Access to Salesforce CRM, prioritizing data integrity and cleansing.
- Collaborate with system users to identify business needs, create ad-hoc reports, and develop and maintain public and personal dashboards.
- Experience with specific SharePoint versions or modules (e.g., SharePoint Online, On-Premises) would be beneficial.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in SharePoint implementation and administration
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration capabilities
- Data migration expertise (preferred)
