TWOSA Consulting Private Limited is a startup, focusing on Supply Chain Management as a whole with a vision to become an exceptional Procure To Pay (P2P) services, Spend Analytics, Category & Contract Management, SAP Post Implementation (AMS) service provider across the industry

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Procurement Data Analyst supporting a overseas Mining Client. The Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for running reports from the SAP system to analyse, assess, develop dashboard, present data based on opportunities identified and collaborate with the key stakeholders to address priorities in a timely manner

Position Description

Data Analysis:







· Analyze large datasets such as strategic spend categories to tail spend categories to identify trends, patterns and improvement insights

· Identify materials that have been purchased off contract and present opportunities to increase On-Contract spend

· Develop techniques to interpret data and generate reports with accuracy

· Manage Outline Agreements/Contracts in SAP and Load new contracts with accurate data.

· Engage internal stakeholders to tailor analysis based on project requirements

· Conduct analysis for RFPs/RFTs, including data interpretation and reporting

· Develop reports and presentations for strategic decision making

Dashboard:

· Design, Develop and Maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI (Integrated directly with SAP data table)

· Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and Create compelling data visualizations that simplify complex data highlighting key metrics identified.







· Cross validates visual reports to develop presentations to communicate key findings to various stakeholders

Required Skills:

· Advanced Excel Skills (Mandatory)

· Advanced PowerPoint skills (Including Think Cell expertise) (Mandatory)

· Power BI / Tableau (Mandatory)

· Previous experience in Procurement / Finance (Mandatory)

· SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA, SAP Analytics (Preferred)

· Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders

· Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen

· Excellent communication and relationship management skills
