JOB DETAILS
1. Costing of various products and sending offer to the senior management.
2. To ensure all certification and memberships are renewed on time and arrange audit of organic NOP, NPOP, FSSAI and its online declaration, IEC, spice board, APEDA, audit of Kosher Certificate, FIEO, IOPEPC.
3. Handling and preparing and applying online - pre-shipment document of Transaction certificate for organic products shipment and EIA of basmati rice and milk product
4. Planning all shipments after co-ordination with the factory.
5. Negotiation with Shipping Line for freight and follow up with the shipping line for all the shipment.
6. Handling renewal of insurance – Marine and Inland Transit.
Providing declaration for inland transit for the coverage of Inland Transit Insurance.
7. Assisting Director and marketing head in various works related to export pertaining to the Buyer.
8. Arranging and responsible for quotation renewal – Transport, CHA, Pest Relief India Pvt. Ltd.
9. Preparing APMC renewal documents and providing Documents for intimation of goods to the APMC Dep. Periodically.
