Role Overview:

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, , etc.). This role focuses on driving high-quality leads and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related fields.

• Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with high budgets.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Ads, and other PPC platforms.







• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and more.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

• Understanding of SEO principles and their synergy with PPC campaigns.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and sales goals.

• Manage PPC campaigns, display advertising, and retargeting across multiple platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement changes to increase ROAS.

• Conduct A/B tests on creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.

• Collaborate with content, design,





and sales teams to align marketing strategies.

• Generate detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
