Job Description:
1. Looking for experienced PMO (Project Management Office) professional preferably from an MNC Bank.
2. Candidate should have experience working with senior set of stakeholders (Sr VPs, Directors, Managing Directors). Should be well versed with operating in Risk and Control framework from Change Management/ Project Management standpoint.
3. Should be well versed in running Programme Governance forums and publish minutes of the meeting, track actions.
4. Experience in delivery of Detailed Business Case for new programmes/projects drafting skills .
5.
Strong understanding about RAID logs, Program / Project RAGs. Should have acumen to challenge PMs and AEs at D/MD level.
6. Hands on Financial Analysis (identification of budget gaps planned vs actual, substantiation of differences between planned vs actual) , MTP Planning (next year planning) skills
7. Supporting Program Audits (delivery of programs against delivery standards) .
8. Preference to immediate joiners.
Years of experience – 8 to 15 years
