We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Management Specialist to lead key Talent
Management (TM) initiatives that align with Rapido’s growth and employee development
strategies. This role is responsible for designing and managing critical TM projects, potential
assessments, career development frameworks, and employee skill matrix. The Talent
Management Specialist will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs),
and the Total Rewards (TR) and Learning & Development (L&D;) teams to ensure seamless execution of talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management Projects:
o Lead and manage critical Talent Management projects that align with
organizational goals.
o Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to identify key TM needs and drive
successful project outcomes.
2. Potential Assessment:
o Design a comprehensive potential assessment framework tailored to the
organization’s needs.
o Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure smooth execution of
potential assessment processes.
o Provide inputs and insights from assessments to the Total Rewards team to align
compensation and recognition strategies.
3. Critical Resources Framework:
o Develop and implement frameworks to identify and manage critical resources
within the company.
o Ensure the execution of initiatives that support the retention and growth of key
talent.
4. Skill Matrix & Assessments:
o Create and manage a skill matrix framework to assess and track employee
competencies.
o Work with the L&D; team to design learning plans based on skill gaps and future
requirements.
o Ensure alignment between employee upskilling and career progression
pathways.
5. Career Path & Employee Movements:
o Manage and design career paths for employees, facilitating clear progression
opportunities.
o Work closely with managers to support employees in bridging skill gaps and
reaching the next career level.
o Facilitate internal employee movements to optimize talent allocation across
departments.
6. Engagement & Survey Management:
o Manage the implementation and analysis of M/NPS and eNPS surveys to
measure employee engagement.
o Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute action plans based on
survey results.
o Ensure governance of action plans at both department and managerial levels.
7. Learning & Development:
o Collaborate with the L&D; team to develop learning programs that address
individual and team skill gaps.
o Support the development of learning roadmaps and ensure alignment with
business needs and employee career aspirations.
8. Governance & Reporting:
o Ensure the governance of all Talent Management initiatives, providing regular
updates and reports to senior leadership.
o Monitor the effectiveness of talent strategies and continuously improve
frameworks based on feedback and outcomes.
