Job Overview :
LawSikho is looking for course anchors and teachers for their NCA exam course. This is a remote work opportunity.
Background:
You should be a law graduate (5 years) and should have cleared all your NCA exams within the last 1 to 2 years.
Experience - 5 - 8 years
Salary per month - 65000 INR
Location- Remote (Permanent WFH)
Work days- 5 days (Sunday working)
PLEASE NOTE : Our timings are from 12 noon till 10 pm.
( You will have to work for 8 hours everyday and it's mandatory that you are available from 8pm to 10pm to take the classes.)
Job Description:
Who we are looking for:
1. You have an extensive understanding of how the National Committee of accreditation conducts the exams, their timelines, eligibility, passing criteria and the subjects tested among other important information pertaining to the exams.
2. Your heart is in coaching & teaching. You love to help other people learn, push through their limitations and thrive when you see them grow.
3. You are very empathetic, have incredible communication skills (spoken and written)
4. Perfect English is non negotiable
5. You should have very good analytical skills and writing skills, you should be able to work with abstract situations and ideas
6. For you work from home is important and preferably non-negotiable. We love people from small towns. We are open to people from other time zones. Our team works from 8 different countries.

You want to teach but find the environments of colleges and schools suffocating and can’t imagine working in such hierarchical places where your innovation and enthusiasm will be stifled.
What you will be doing:
1. Help students build effective strategies that will help them pass the exams, manage their learning outcomes, mentor them and encourage them.
2. Manage NPS of the course allocated to you
3. Help us improve our course with ideas, with content and new pedagogy.
