We are looking for a skilled Freelance Technical Content Writer with a deep understanding of iPaaS to join our team and create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, well-researched, and technically accurate content related to iPaaS solutions, applications integration, and automation workflows.
- Write blog posts, white papers, product documentation, case studies, and other technical marketing materials that explain complex concepts in simple, digestible language.
- Collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to produce content that aligns with our product offerings and target audience needs.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and meets industry standards for technical writing.
- Translate technical jargon into user-friendly content for non-technical audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in iPaaS, SaaS, and application integration fields.
- Participate in content planning meetings to ensure consistency and coherence in messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer with a strong portfolio of published content, particularly in the iPaaS or software integration space.
- In-depth knowledge of iPaaS, its applications, benefits, and the ability to explain complex integration processes.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience.
- Experience writing for B2B SaaS or software platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for content optimization.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and technical teams in an agile environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines while working remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or writing about platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, and QuickBooks.
- Prior experience writing case studies or technical documentation for software companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing,
or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
