We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our A-team (hybrid*). As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Allucent, you are responsible for below tasks:

- Provide technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving issues related to software and tools.
- Identify, manage and address issues related to computer systems, networking, Cloud, and software applications.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
- Conduct planning, project management,





and implementation of infrastructure initiatives
- Develop technical training materials and conduct training sessions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, customer-focused products and services.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of technical advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

To be successful you may possess:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in providing technical support, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in supporting AWS and/or Azure cloud environment
- Understanding of the following technologies and services:
- Switches, VPN,





and Wi-Fi access points and other networking technologies
- Identity Management – Active Directory, Azure AD, and MFA
- Microsoft O365 Applications: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Exchange, Stream
- Microsoft Power Platform
