- The desired candidate should have 7+ years of experience in full cycle implementation and support of SAP PP
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document production planning requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP PP
- Configure the SAP PP module based on business requirements
- Customize and enhance the system to align with specific organizational needs
- Provide training to end-users and stakeholders on SAP PP processes and functionalities
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives, and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve any production-related issues
- Stay updated on SAP releases and updates, ensuring the organization is using the latest features and best practices
- Document functional designs, test cases and results
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as an intermediary between business functions and technical team
- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively interact with others
- Must be result-oriented and demonstrate can-do attitude, adaptability, and flexibility
